You serve as the bridge between clients and our sibling company, Design Force. You develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clients and liaise between them and our internal teams. You ensure that our clients’ needs are being met and delivered by our teams.
You also speak with potential new clients and help understand their needs and craft a solution for them. You proactively manage the sales funnel, following up with clients and reporting on results. You lead the onboarding of new clients, coordinate with internal teams and prepare everyone involved for a successful collaboration.
